Congratulations to the Juno nominees announced at Rebel Nightclub in Toronto February 7.  Nice to see the first-time nominees at the table for the 46th edition of the Juno Awards, to be held  at Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre on April 2. Newcomers include Toronto artists, electronic musician Harrison and jazz singer-songwriter Barbra Lica.

The awards ceremony will feature performances from artists including Alessia Cara (in the running for a Artist of the Year, a Juno Fan Choice award, Pop Album of the Year (Know-It-All) and Single of the Year (WildTthing) , electronic group and hometown heroes A Tribe Called Red  (up for Jack Richardson Producer of the Year and Electronic Album of the Year (We Are the Halluci Nation) and folk band The Strumbellas, up for a Juno Fan Choice award, Single of the year (Spirits), and Group of  the Year.
